Tokha Manyungwa qualified as a chartered accountant in 2004. He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK (FHEA) and doctoral scholar at the University of Durham in the UK. His research focuses on implementation of Internatioal Public Sector Accounting Standards in Developing countries. Tokha received his MBA (with merit) from Aberystwyth University in 2011 before joining the university as teaching fellow in Accounting and finance with specialization in Auditing, Public Sector Accounting and Corporate Governance where he was admitted as a fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the United Kingdom

having fulfilled the requirement of award of a post graduate certificate in higher education teaching in the UK. He later moved s a Senior Lecturer in accounting and finance until December 2014 before taking up a consultancy position with the World Bank and Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) as a Financial Management Specialist/ Consultant for the Malawi Nutrition and HIV/AIDS project. Tokha previously served as Director of Finance and Administration at the Malawi Anti-Corruption Bureau, Head of ACCA Malawi and Director of Technical and countants of Malawi (ICAM).

Munib is a fully qualified accountant and member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He started his accountancy career at UHY International, one of the leading Chartered Accountancy firms in the world. He has more than 5 years’ experience with a demonstrated work history in Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Internal Auditing, External Auditing and Advisory. In his previous roles, he has served multiple clients in Europe, USA, and Pakistan. He brings worth of experience and exposure in our new market as we expand our brand oversees.

ACCA – Chief Executive Officer

Christopher is a qualifi ed accountant with the Association of Chartered Certifi ed Accountants. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Certifi ed Accountants in Malawi. He has more than Eight years’ experience in both private and non-governmental organizations; most recent assignment being working with the National Democratic Institute while providing leadership in overseeing the administration and management of grants funded by the UKAID & USAID to more than 40 CSO’s across Malawi on governance and ac- countability projects.

Christopher also worked as a Finance and Admin Coordina- tor for Lattitude Global Volunteering. He worked as a Proj- ect Coordinator for a non-profi t organization, Determined to Develop NGO between 2012 and 2014 leading several large scale donor-driven projects. He is also a lecture with DHA, majoring in Audit and Assurance and Strategic Busi- ness Leader for the ACCA courses and a Certifi ed Mentor for the Oxford Brookes University Degree University. He has also provided training for capacity strengthening NGO’s and pri- vate companies. He is a fi nal year MBA student with the East and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI).
